Thread: Lamp count down Timer working in a factory crate.. HELP

I made some crated candles and Rancor lamps for a customer. and the countdown timer is COUNTING DOWN in the factory crate.. when I take it out the crate it stops.. any ideas?? PLS help

what i have noticed 1 lamp/candle is counting down the rest arnt counting down. So it looks like u have 9 out of 10 that dont count down

I've read about others having the same problem when manufacturing crates of them. I think the devs are aware of this issue, until then I am only making singles...it's a pain, but I dunno what else can be done until they fix this bug.

The crates I've placed on my vendor are decaying as well...every light I have, regardless of location or whether it's single/crated is decaying. Just hoping the devs have a hotfix coming for this soon...I crated 300 of each light, and they're all decayin, even just sitting in my factory output hopper

It would be nice if our Correspondent would take time off sellingall those BER14's he managed to make during patch day to get some official word on this...

apparently what you believe is happening is not as bad as reality. I read that although it looks like the contents of the crate are decaying if you remove the candles from the crate they will be still at 100%, only the LAST ONE you pull from the crate actually has decayed. You still get decay on one, but the rest are OK. Still sux though

Not as bad? HELLO? If you produce 100 candles/lamps thats 10items to trow away. AND, if the one lamp is used up it will start with the next one. Which means, you can not store lamps/candles in crates atm. I had to pull all my lamps and candles out of the crates(about 3000 lamps and candles....) and put them on my vendor in singles. My bloody fingers are still hurting...


I can't believe they didn't fix this bug with the last patch after the publish, this one is an urgent bug.

It doesn't really matter now because things will keep giving off light after the timer runs out unless you pick them up and drop them again. If you just leave them in your building, they'll give off light forever (or until they patch it).

As I said, 'not as bad', but I did qualify that with 'still sux though'
