Has anybody noticed if it reduces the item complexity as you craft it? Less chance of a crit with lower complexity item?
Umm curios that they'd add such a bonus without it doing anything.

From what I've been told they are useless now. They were used during beta and never removed. Who knows maybe someday they'll put it back in.

They are so useless I cannot even get hold of them ! Last one I bid on in auction I won for 10k for a +1 and the seller said it didn't reach the reserve ! LMAO, I told him he wouldn't get a better offer, but he didn't believe me.

The people selling these things usually don't know what is useful and what is not. So when they get a +7 structure complexity tape they'll just assume its uber loot and start an auction with a 500k minimum bid or whatever. Then if you point out that they don't do anything the auctioneer will probably just get mad cause you're keeping them from making $. And if you offer them a reasonable amount cause you are speculating that they might be useful some day the auctioneer typically holds out for a better offer on teh assumption that you're wrong or someone else is a chump.
