Can you guys do it? Things like painting walls, floors and the such in homes and stores? Or is this something that I can only dream of?

No, not possible. Image Design is basically character creation all over again + some new hairstyles - some eyebrows and the option for baldness, depending on your race/sex. If that were availiable it would be nice, but something more suited to Architects.

Hello, I was trying to decorate the interior of my home last night, and was unable to get my items to move up by typing /move up 100
It showed me the formateof the command that I need to use, and I tried a bunch of variations but could not get it to work. What am I doing wrong?
I did have the item targeted that I was trying to move and I was standing right next to it.
Can someone give me an example of what I should type.
Thanks

That format should work.
Do you own the house? I had this fail on me when I was trying to move something in a house I didn't own but was admin for. Never found a workaround.
You might try selecting something else and moving it and then trying again with the item you were trying to move in the first place.

What's the name of the itemyou want to move? If you try to /move up an "Upholstered Chair," the system gets confused. Try /move uphol up 100or something similar. (Note the use of "uphol," you don't need the entire word, just enough for it to distinguish your item name.)

The way I heard it, you dont have to be trying to move an upholstered item, if you just have one in your house you will have this problem. I have been using "/move up up 1" and "/move up down 1" for every item in my house.

There's an Interior Decorator Registry stickied on the Cities and Housing forum.
