I have my turbos at 7 and using all high quality resources using that nifty iron we had on bria with 997 UT, my steel is 975 UT,have the arch buff and experimenting to 99% with amazing success plus Im a 12 pt arch. Im just getting 13's, on all other harvesters Im getting the 14...any suggestions?

Whats the stats for the ore you're using in the final combine?

Ore is HR 983 SR 986 UT 954 (ut on ore too low?)

Yeah UT is probably too low. I managed to make BER 11 Medium Minerals with a 972.5 effectiveness, but unsure if I'll be able to make the more strict harvesters like BER 14 Gas with it.

Your ore is (983 + 986 + 954 + 954) / 4 = 969

So you'd need a pretty good average on the other materials to bring it up so that all the materials together average over the needed 981 level.

But that's kinda strange considering that I can make 14's with gas, mineral flora, but not chems with the same ore?

Oh well, I'll get some better ore and give that a try.

The gas and floras have different ratios of the steel, metal and ore.So the overall average comes out a little different.

Whats the HR, SR and UT for your steel and metal?

Steel+ HR 999 SR 939 UT 975...Iron HR 998 SR 957 UT 997

and we havent had any steel spawn in over 2 months and so I dont have anything different to play with steel wise. Im hoping we get a decent one soon.

Your ore is (983 + 986 + 954 + 954) / 4 = 969

Steel is (999 + 939 + 975 + 975 ) / 4 = 972

Iron is (998 + 957 + 997 + 997 ) / 4 = 987

Deep crust uses300 ore, 1000 steeland 200 metal.

SO thats ( 300 * .969 + 1000 * .972 + 200 * .987 ) / 1500 = 973which is a ways short of the 981 required.

Those materials used in gas on the other hand would be 7100 metal, 1050 ore and 400 steel or ( 7100 * .987 + 1050 * .969 + 400 * .972 ) /8550 = 984
