Hi.
How do i get the Novice Architect skill. I have all the xp's, but where do i get the skill.
I don't think there's anything about it in the manual, so help me please. A have been running around asking people, but noone will answer.

You'll need to learn it from an NPC Architect trainer.

You can find them in most cities. There is one standing by the structure/furniture crafting station outside the starport on Coronet.

Any idea what the design decision was to only let NPCs train you for novice skills?

Seems to me that it'd be cooler to allow Masters to train the novice skill. At least for the elite professions, anyway.

I want to know,

if using a tool at 15 a crafting station at 45 or close, does it make a difference, if it does where does it make it?
