harvesters - factories - houses not using any for me.

Vendors are not structures so they will continue to use maint.

none of my instalations are taking maintenence, i even took advantage of this and put up 20 generators for the free power, didn't put a penny of maint in them from the start and haven't had any message saying they're low or empty of maintenence and they're working fine

Nothing is taking any maintenence for me unless i redeed a harvestor, or building, then it charges the normal rate for "destroying" a structure
