I created a Wind Generator the other day and after experimenting on it I came out with the following

Experimental Durability 37%
Experimental Efficiency 45%
Experimental Storage 37%

Does anyone know what and how these stats affect the final product?

It has to do something. I've seen the effects of experimenting on a personal mineral harvestor. After increasing its storage the power consumption goes down. I just not sure what durability does. Less maintenance?
