I bought a large house deed (it is one)

I go to place it, it tells me i need 6 slots

So i free up 6 slots

Then i place it, and it starts building

With 1 min to go, the server hiccups, everyone gets the Connection to SWG lost message, and we are able to come back to Loading in 3 min. I get back in, deed gone, no house, no red tape structure marker, but 6 slots in use (0 free now) for the house.

I log in today and the red tape and structure marker is there, but i cannot make status report anything. 6 slots still in use, no deed.

Any suggestions?

Make a ticket in game through the Holocron options. A similar thing happened to someone else on this board though and he said when CSR talked to him they said "Sorry, we can not replace lost items" So apparently in thier mind a Lot is an item and if it's bugged where you cant use it then it is a lost item. Still make a ticket wait about a month for a CSR to contact you and maybe they will do something. I say a month because I've had an active ticket for about a week now with no contact.

Add comments every day to your opened ticket.

Im sure that there are people in the company that are tracking customer service.

There has got to be some type of reporting tool where they can see that someone is having problems and not getting a response from the CSR. So create a ticket and keep adding to it. Reports look bad when a ticket is opened and sees a lot of activity and no CSR has contacted a customer.

I did this and i got a response within about 5 minutes of adding comments. Maybe it's coincidence .. .dunno but it's worth a try.

Hmm.. I've had two tickets and both got responses within 2 days. Maybe you should add a comment to yours Ziroc, so it gets on a list again somewhere.

I have a house deed and two harvester deeds stuck in my vendor. I opened a ticket for that and they said "It's bugged". I replied "I know. Can you pull them out for me real quick?" and they said (within a day) "Sorry, no. But you should get them back when vendors are fixed."

Well, they've made two fixes to vendors in the last week, but I still can't get them out. I don't know why they can't just go in and grab them, but what the heck. Guess I'm out 15k or so. Not as bad as a large house and 6 lots!

Ok try to use the text commands for structures near the red tape marker. Have had this happen before it should work.

Stand near the structure marker and type /structurestatus ( use /help to get a list of all the text commands in case I get the exact commnad wrong, at work so dont remeber exactly)

Any way if you can get the status to come up you should be in good shape. What you want to then is type /stucturedestroy (it might be /destroystructure)- This should give you the message you need to have certain ammount of money to re-deed the structure. Once you know the ammount search for the pay maintenance command with /help i think its /paymaintance or /structurepaymaintenance you should be able to find it in the list. Once you have put the money on it to re-deed it, use the destroy commands to re-deed and re-place. Hope this helps, sorry I dont remember the exact command strings.
