Architects please help us out. I would like to buy a small house but am having trouble getting an answer about floorplans. I live on Tatooine. I have been in several houses but dont really know which is which. I understand there are 2 generic small house floorplans and 2 Tatooine ones. Here are the 2 I have been in by description.

Generic 2 ? - You enter down a long hallway and go into a small room that connects to another small room

Tatooine ? - You enter into a decent size room, then there is a hall that goes back to a small back room. Several shops use this style.

Ok which are these for sure and what are the other 2 floorplans like.

Also can someone please post definatively what the lot cost and mainenance costs are on different size houses. Please someone who actually has put them up and is paying the cost since I see various figures and guesses.

Just a suggestion but a PA should work together to put up several different houses that they could use as shops and the architect could then also use them as model homes to show off the floorplans

Architects don't know anything more about floorplans than anyone else. We have to see the house built just as you all do to see it.

Maintenance on a small house is roughly 500 per day and takes up two lots. A medium house will run you about 1k a day and also uses just 2 lots. Sorry but have never owned a large so I do not know the costs/lots for certain.
