I tryed to make one of these and I can not get the Schematic to down from the data pad. it just sit there trying to load , stalleded . any one else having this problem ?

Everyone is having this problem. It's been there since several months back into Beta. But as far as I can tell, the Harvesting Mechanism is only used in the Automated Flora Farm and High Capacity Flora Farm. I guess there aren't enough people complaining about this to get the Devs' attention.
