1. How many lots does a PA take and whose lot bank does it take away from?

2. Can Mission terminals be placed in houses? If so how do you get them?

I dont know the first, but I read elsewhere you can buy faction mission terminals for your house.

There have been conflicting posts about the number of lots for a PA hall. It's either 7 or 9 according to what I'm read and it takes lots from the person that places it which may or may not be the PA leader.

7 lots for a Tatooine PA Hall. 9 lots for a Corellian or Naboo PA Hall.

Mission terminals were available in beta, however, people were exploiting them because they could be used in your inventory rather than placing them in a home. Rather than fixing this exploit, the developers decided to just remove the terminals completely. Whee.

what about generic PA's for Talus. I know Talus doesnt have its own building line but how many lots does a generic hall take?

A generic PA Hall takes 9 lots.
