I'm a architect currently at tier 1 in the Buildings specialization looking for a PA that still needs one. I provide a real dedication to the job, about 4 hours worth of playtime every day, a cheerful personality *grin*, and a running business selling the stuff I build. I'm looking for a friendship based PA that could provide some Lot-Support and funds to advance to Master Architect so I can build us a PA Hall.
