Well it looks like in SOE's attempt to fix the harvesting mech's, they broke small structure mods from being able to be pulled from a crate. Now I know what your thinking, the ole trade to another person trick... Well let me tell you this architect tried that several times now. I woulda had a heavy flora if I didn't FAIL UGGG!!! So now I have 20 small mods, 2 crates of 10, and I cannot pull them. That fixes flora but makes it so you cannot make any heavys! PLEASE SONY GET ON THIS RIGHT NOW!

Well now for some reason i can pull them disreguard, guess the trick is to trade then wait 10 minutes heh silly bugs can't ever figure them out.

This seems to be related to database lag and I would guess is an anti-duping measure. I find that newly created crates often do this to me, and I need to wait it out (sometimes minutes, sometimes hours.) Occasionally trading the item (as you suggested) seems to update the database info, sometimes it doesn't. I also find that dropping the item and picking it up, and crossing server boundaries help from time to time. The most reliable by far is waiting for a bit. I'm trying to get ahead a bit in my factory parts so that I don't craft them just as I need them. I've never had this problem with a crate that I created a day or two before, as it seems that they have been 'committed' to the database.
