Thread: PA Halls 9 lots from one person?

I suspect that the PA Hall must be placed by one person and that person is now out 9 lots? Or can the lots be divided amongst members/admins or something?


Otherwise that would really suck for the person who has to use the deed.

Sucks for the person placing the Hall.
