Ok, not yet, but I'm letting you all know that by the time cities are released, I should have enough XP to jump right in and start building whatever the novice level UP buildings are.

So, if you have a group of buildings that you think is going to qualify to become a player city then start saving up some good Carbonate ore and write down my in-game name.

I'll build, for free, any item in the novice UP box for the first 5 respondants *AFTER CITIES GO LIVE*who will bring me ALL the resourecs that their requested building takes.

There will be only 1 "free" building per city given, and I won't keep doing this, because I don't want to kill the market like all the architects that gave away stuff in the beginning for the grind.

This is just a promotional event to get my business going

My point was more the the fact that I think he thinks the first building are going to be mission terminals, or a bank, or walls, or something basic. I think he wants to rephrase his post to say I will build for the first 5 people who have their city halls placed.

You're right, I'll have to be more clear, so here goes:

I'll build you a building, of your choice, from the novice box, if you bring me *ALL* the requried resources. If I fail, then that would require more resources to build on, wouldn't it? So if you bring me resources, and the building doesn't pop out of my tool, then I guess it'll require more resources. Bring me those and I'll try again

I will however say that currently I'm using highly experiemented tools and stations, all running at 94% and 28 effectiveness. If better materials come along I'll get them even higher. So my chances of failure are as low as anyone.

And since it will probably also come up, I'll clarify abit more:

There will be a time limit of 3 days from the time I accept your email to the time you must bring me the resources.

Finally, I'm also a master artisan, so the whole process is in my hands from start to finish, unless it requires Droid storage compartments or something.

This does bring up another point I suppose. On the off chance your request needs components not in the artisan/architect/UP trees, you'll need to work that out. However my PA has a master DE and will soon have a Master WS, so unless there's some strange armor requriement, we can work it out.

You know the first building required is going to be the city hall? You are offering to build 5 city halls (probably same or more difficult than a pa hall) for free if folks bring you the resources?

You better be real clear with folks about who takes on responsbilities for crit fails.

He said that as long as they bring him the resources for the building he would make them the building... By his own advertising, he is taking responsibility for critical failures.
