I know you guys hate the idea of paying to use someone elses free lots.

I can make 8 extra characters on 8 other servers.

I figured since i'm not using those character slots, why not make some profit from it?

Do you consider renting lots from a player a reasonable idea? How much should i charge? I believe you can rent the lots at a weekly rate. After the week is done, you pay the fee. If you want to discontinue service, just email the rent manager you are done, and pay that last week off.

1) You cannot get ripped off because you pay after you get your service.

2) We would have to charge a initial instalation fee, the cost of actually logging onto that character and deeding the land. (basic charges for any reason that make me log off my main character to help you out with lots). This will encourage long lasting service.

3) If there is a resource shift, it is your job to survey and find new spots, then email my main/alt charwhat to change.

4) Is this allowed in game, It feels kindashady and the dev's might not allow it.

One question on your plan. What good is money to your 8 other characters on 8 other servers? Or are you expecting people to create a character on your main server and pay you there?

I tried renting lots, then found enough people happy to just give them to me. I would say 1k-3k per week is not a bad fee.

Please 1-3k per week, and we have to go out and help you move it to the new spot EVERY week, I can make that in 15-30 mins doing delivery missions, I make more than that in one night on tips alone. I have a business renting out guild member lots for 7-10k a week on Flurry (7k is for permanent structures 10k for ones that need re-deeding), and a vast majority of our customers and potential customers seem to think we're more than reasonable. I don't know what server you're on, but 3k is NOTHING, I'm a full time entertainer, and 1-2k tips is no where near uncommon, even when I'm doing musician in tell hell macroing flourishes.
