Thread: Has anyone Made a BER 14 heavy harvester?

This weekend I worked my tail of trying to get there and never made it.
I was using a 94% Effective Ore Mining Unit (+6 BER).
And my finial Experimentation on the Heavy Mining Installation itself was 92% effective (Cap for those resources). That netted me a 13 BER. The reason I keep thinking 14 is possile is that I hit the +13 mark once I got to 82% effective. I had 2 experimentation points left over and I tossed them in hopping that if I crossed over the 90% mark I'd get hit 14, it didn't.
Has anyone done it? I just want to know if it's possible. I don't want to keep wasting my time trying to get the BER 14 Harvester if it's not possile.

It's not possible, and I found it very annoying that people were asking for BER 13 heavies pre-patch as well.
