Coorect me if I'm wrong, but isn't arch experimentation a precentage bases system? Meaning, 10 points=1 bar=10% possible exp? And therefore, shouldn't structure assembly be the same? Pre patch I had 65 like most other arches, but since I acquired a +10 and +35 more from the patch, I now have 110, and i still get crit fails, roughly 5-10% of the time. If anyone can clue me in where this supposed skill is helping, or at least rating, I'd appreciate it.

That really has nothing to do with your crit failure chances. it just gives you more points to experiment with. GL and anyone feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

Structure experimentation skill gives you more points to experiment with. Structure assembly is the skill that dmishes the errors, or at least I'm led to believe.

My theory:
Structure assembly points help by changing successes into great successes, the experimentation points on the other hand is, well, obviously for experimentation. I'm guessing (please note the carefully selected word there) that there is _always_ a fixed per cent chance that a crit fail or amazing success will occur. This fixed value will not change even while progressing in any given crafting profession.
