Hi I was just wondering what everyone else is charging for the city player buildings, like a city hall?

Lets see, within the first 10 minutes the server went live I sold one for 3,000,000cr. Within the first hour, I sold another for 2,000,000cr. 10 min later I had someone order a Tat one for 1,000,000cr, but then backed out after I made it. I ended up selling it on Tatooine for 500,000.

Then I had someone desperate for one /tell me. But I was out of materials. He said he could supply the Walls and Power Cores (the hardest parts). I said I'd do the assembly on it for 6 extra 'cores. Heh, I was in a good mood after making 5.5 million credits in 2 hours.

Even at 500,000 I had people telling me my price was too high. My only reply was "if you can't afford 500,000 cr, then you can't afford the maintenance cost of a City".

A -lot- of Architects I know sold for 400k to 500k. Its a real shame that more of them didn't take the Supply/Demand approach and realize they finally could craft their "million credit item". Why should Weaponsmiths and Armorsmiths be the only ones?

Now that the city caps have been hit on the popular planets, unloading City Halls will be more difficult and the price wars can begin. Rumor has it they are raising the cap in a month, but if the Politician doesnt have his Hall before that day, they are crazy. I for one will probably never craft another City Hall again.

City Hall is about 250k and that's on my greedy side, due to the fact that it deplets my back stock quite a bit but its not really that far from a PA hall, only a few wall modules and power core units..

I realized it was my 1 million credit item from the beginning. Been selling them for 1M on a special order basis -- yes, the demand did dry up pretty quickly.

I charge 500k and no negotiation. If you want it great, it will be ready inside of 5 minutes. If not, I have plenty of places to use up 20 walls and 6 power cores.

750k, no negotiations here. And I haven'tsold one yet, mainly becauseso many architects are willing to prostitute themselves out and lose money on every deal. Yes I'm bitter about the same old thing.

Sold one for 600k (made for myself but couldn't place in the land rush) on the day cities appeared. Three million? Well, that's just eye-watering!!

500K, I consider this a good profit. Though I am high compared to the other Architects on Intrepid so guess what. Haven't sold one

I sell my for 500k and 475k in city start-up packs.

I truly thinking 500k is on the cheep side, when you look at what it takes to make them. Its a shame that other architects don't look at it that way, as they seem to be more worried at getting there money back for what they paid for theresources to make it.

I have sold all my city halls (4)for 500K each. I had one buyer order one but then backed out when I wouldn't lower the price. I hate it when customers order at a certain price and continue to look for a better price whileI toil away to make it quickly for them

i am charging them at a 4.5cpu of resource used. so my city halls are going at 290k, but i havent sold one since day one on Sunrunner. In fact, i have a vendor with about 20 player city deeds (shuttleports, cantina's, etc...) but no one is buying. I know some structures cant be placed yet, but why not buy so you have them when you are ready?
