I was thinking we should have a structure tab of some description. This tab would contain information on all our structures. I.E

Lets say you have a harvestor (mineral) A medium House and a Factory.

It would list like this with this information:

Medium House (Name here IE Tapeks House) Current Maintence 25k days left 56

Harvestor (Mineral Medium) Currentl Resource: Steel(erco for instance) Power Supply: 21k Maintence: 24: Current Hopper Amount: 5k

Factory(Food and CHemial) Currently making StimB Hopper 23 Power supply:26k Maintence:12k

So on so forth I think this would deffeniatly be easier to maintain and watch how your harvestors and structures are doing with spending hours running to and fro.

Lemme know what you think =)

I think that is a awsome idea, since I know alot of people hate to get emails anyway, since it seems that is they system the Devs are trying to go for now. Also it help people that have any structures to make sur they don't decay and to pay up on them. Over all I can see it saving alot of money for people that deal with havesters so they don't go in the hole when they didn't pull up the haveter the day before*blush* Now what would be really nice if that "tab" would also tell u if the resource disaprears

I agree letting you know where the resource shift happened in the tab would be superb

This idea of a harvester management interface hasbeen around almost since release. The Devs haven't done anything about it yet, and the nearfuture doesn't look too hopeful. The current system isn't really broke, so I doubt anything will change.

I didnt know its been floating around out there, just thought it would be easier to pull up a sheet then to run to each individual structure

I agree with you on the "Devs havn't done anything about it yet and the near future doesn't look too hopeful" part. And it just saddens me

Personally, I would love this. Currently I am the city planner and a merching doctor. I have enough to do every minute of the game now just trying to keep things going without having to spend the time it takes to run out to a harvestor only to see that it is negative, resource shifted, out of power...simply becuase I was so busy that I didnt get out to them a few hours earlier.

Also, why not go ahead and make it work on a broader scale. Why not add the item to your resource page if you are an admin on someone elses harvestor. Since people in the new cities will be sharing their unused lots with the crafters of the city and putting them on admin to take care of it, I would suggest that every harvesting device match the admin list to its published status.

TO Zypen, its not cause Im lazy at all at all, lol, I help run a huge harvestor program for my guild and maintain anywhere from 1-100+ harvestors, when it gets that large spread throughout the galaxies can become tedious work.

I agree Oktip, having the ppl on your admin list also whats going on would be nifty.

tbh i like the idea of a droid doing this job more...will give the DE's something to do, and to make it a renewable income/ built in decay...make the droids actually physically do this...ie lot manager droid goies on a patrol and reports back on what it finds on your lots..

imo the actually doing the rounds for the droid is neccesary...maybe tweak coding so that if it goes through some red aggro mobs they will attack it..maybe even destroy it.

I think a little in-game booklet that shows pictures of all the stuff would be nice. It's tough to figure out what customers want some times and I can't remember all the differences between the houses.....unf

I was thinking maybe those Data Terminals that we can make (and do nothing)could display that info. It's in the "Big Issues List" webpage I set up.
