final ber now is not only the ore mining units, but also experimentation on efficiency on the final combine, for the other componentes it may not matter,,but in the resources used in fnal combine it will.

I have skimmed over the first few pages of these boards, and I think I have answered my own question, but just want to make sure.
Is the only thing that increases the extraction rate of a mineral harvester the ore mining unit? If I build the ore mining unit with quality resources and get +6 BER, and then I use crappy resources on the rest of the components, is it possible to get less than 13 BER? Thanks in advance.
