Currently, the ONLY places that need "high quality" resource for structures are:
- key components: light ore mining unit, ore mining unit, fluidic drilling pump, etc (the "harvester" part of a harvester)
- final assembly for harvesters
So structure modules, wall modules, generator turbines, etc do NOT need high-quality materials - they don't impact the final extraction rate or hopper size at all.
Also, a comment about "high quality" - it isn't simply "high UT" anymore. A high-quality architect resource now will have high UT, HR, SR. If you calculate (2 * UT) + HR + SR it needs to be up around 3500 to get you high-rated harvesters.
Houses, furniture, and factories are still "non-quality".

Do the schematics with no experimenting even need what they ask ?
..... I'm so tired of waiting for 900+ UT copper to come around
as well i was wondering on walls ... since they took away experimenting does UT even matter there either?
.... back from a break sorry this is probably old info for most of ya
