Well can you? Im a mayor and my Architect keeps me in the dark as to what he can create for the city, if someone has a link to a site where they have this or if you can just anwser that would be great, but I do realy want to know about flags most of all!

No sorry, we can not make flags.

You can see all the schematics that architects get by looking each box here:

Semi-OT - I'd see about having a "frank and open discussion" with your architect - or just get a new one.

Having a "professional" relationship, to me, means being responsive to your clients and helping them understand the current state of the art.
