Im a Master Arch, but need to drop Master Art (need skill pts, planning on dropping dom arts and business tree), yet i get the message that i'd have to drop novice arch first??? I will never give up my master arch, but as i recall i only needed to get engineering 4 to get nocice arch, so why can't i drop master art without droping novice arch first?

Thanks for any help i can get.

Novice Architect absolutely doesn't depend on Master Artisan, so if that's the message you are getting then I'd put in a ticket ASAP.

You aren't trying to get rid of Eng4? There is a dependency for that.

Thanks for the prompt reply. And i thought i was correct. No im not trying to drop engineering 4, as i know its required for arch. I just dont need to be master art or have any of the dom arts/business trees. And yes i did fire off a email to support but it takes so long, just hoping someone else had encountered the same problem as im having.

Did virtually the same thing to free up points but didn't run into that problem - atm I still have Master Arch but just 4-0-4-1 in the artisan tree. If it's still a problem after a server reboot (fixes a lot of things!) then a CSR ticket may be your only option - certainly sounds like a bug and not how it worked for me
