As of today I can no longer place structures. no matter where I go or what I do or what I try and place the placement map always shows red. ownt let me place anywhere on any planet. anyone else experiencing this or is it just me. anyways but # 2,674,342,349,568

sorry bout the (sp) errors just a bit frustrated as I got caught with no structure factory up so Im out of business.

I'm sorry to say but it might just be you. I've placed a few structures today. House, factory, harvester.... no problems. I feel for you. Hopefully it will go away when you relog or after a server reset.

I had a problem a week ago where 4 of my lots went poofs. So I had to wait 72hrs for a CSR to fix my lot count. In the mean time, some awesome Carbonite Steel had spawned. Without my friends I would hav emissed a lot of it.

So yes, weird **edit** happens. Some of it very unexplainable.

It seems that some of my lots have gone poof as well. Is this a known bug, or is it just something I should call CSR about?

Definatly CSR the missing lots. It took least 72hrs before they fixed it for me. I started sending email to CS after 48hrs of submitting my CSR ticket. Once they finally contacted me, it only took a few mins. They have the ability to substract/add/cancel lots on the spot. It will be required for you to be in game.
