This game has by far the WORST Customer Service I have EVER EVER EVER EVER EEEVVVVEEEEERRRRRRR seen in a game. Really disappointing.
Maybe they just like letting those who send agressive tickets stew for a bit before answering.

I have send a few tickets my self. Two that was the most serius for me was when I once was stuck in gemoetry and couldnt move at all. I waited for 3 hours(!!!), then I saw a creature I could attack and it killed me so I could clone... 2nd was when I lost 7 Heavy miners on a vendorand got a response 52 hours laters I should wait 24 hours to see if it popped up by the server restart! LOL. what is that? *sigh*

I think you're just lucky. Or maybe you have a different definition of "quickly".
I've had tickets opened in the past with no answer within 24 hours. Thankfully the items fixed themselves.

yeah some just have all the luck with csrs.. I have a friend that would drive me crazy cuz I would submit a ticket and wait 72 hours to get a reply that says my ticket still has yet to be read... He would submit a ticket and have a csr to him in 5 minutes.. drove me crazy ...
Yeah .. I am waiting for this answer too.. It will answer alot of other questions for me.. as well..

Actually the generic response to every question I have put to Tech Support Chat (the forum contact, not the in-game) has been:
CSR W : Delete you cookies and restart, that should fix it.
The last one was on Monday when the forums were not accepting logins. I explained this to CSR and they told me to delete my cookies and reset my security levels, it took me 15 minutes to explain to the guy that as there had been no posts on the galaxy trade forums, or any others for 3 1/2 hours, it was highly unlikely that this was any other problem than the login server. He kept telling me they were working fine. Eventually he went off and actually checked (after I asked him to), guess what? The login server was down. (btw, I didn't even bother to delete cookies etc, I was at work, they don't like us tweaking our settings, lol)

Great the answer is 42, but what wa sthe question.... great, now we have to build another complicated machine to reverse engineer the question.... but alas those pesky Vorgons tha their destructor crews.... make in the new interstallar highway....
