Thread: Sales
The trees are valuable to the leaves, the wind is valuable to the clouds, and the sky is valuable to the stars.
All things have value, having found their proper place.
You must seek the form contained within your uncarved block, and create your own market.
To sell your goods, you must go where there are customers.
(Harvesters sell well, as does furniture, and find a high traffic area.)
Meditate on this.

Do you guys think you clould help me with what are good items to sell and at what price, and if there is any demand on certai items.

For pricing I'd recommend checking your server forum and looking around at other architect vendors. SPend a couple hours browsing shops near Coronet and or Theed to get an idea of the range of prices.
Standard disclaimer: The economy varies a lot from server to server.
As far as what are good items to sell, that partially depends on what kind of business you want to run. There are some distinct specialists within Architect. Some of us only do furniture, or some of us only do harvesters.
If you want to sell furniture in a vendor then the best way is to stock a vendor with a few of each item and then just see what sells more and then figure out your inventory management. You'd want to make more of the higher demand items and keep more of them in stock. Furniture will sell but a well stocked vendor is very important I think.
If you're selling houses then you'll want some of each if you can manage it. Or if you don't have all the materials to stock them all then your orders will tell you demand. Or you can just stock the housing style for the planet you're on. e.g. if you're on Tat then just stock some Tat houses.
From what I've seen / heard, City structures don't sell fast if at all. So I wouldn't recommend keeping them in stock. Or if you want to keep a completely stocked vendor then do maybe only 1 set at max and don't expect them to move fast.
I don't know how much market there is for city decorations like statues and gardens. I've not stocked them.
For harvesters the BER10 and BER13's will sell. Anything lower like BER8-9 mediums or BER10-12 heavies will sell a LOT slower and will probabably have to have a heavily discounted price to move.
In my experience the most popular harvesters have been: mineral, flora, chemical, fusion, gas and water in that order. Of course YMMV some, but in general I think people have found flora and mineral to be the better sellers. And there isn't too much demand for water.
Crafting stations with rating of 40 or higher should sell pretty well at a good profit. Anything lower than 40 and the prices will drop a ways.
NOte, this is all just my personal experience and observation. YMMV.

Actually, I've got flora, wind, and solar harvesters all over the place.
