i was wondering how i would obtain a set of loud speekers. do i loot these, have someone make them, or.............
also if any master arch. in scylla can make them or has them for sale i would like to purchase. please let me know. thx

Loudspeakers, as everyone knows, can only be obtained by associating with the lowest types of criminals. Fortunately, they're relatively easy to get. Talk to (a criminal) in any large city, and do missions for him. Eventually, you will get a mission that gives you a warehouse key. That is the one that will give you the loudspeakers.
You might want to raise your thug faction by shooting innocent townspeople. This will help you talk to the thug.
Might want to try the Game Guides forum, in the future as well. Arcitects tend to know lots about loot, but the Game Guides forums has lots of people there that specialize in it.
