Maybe instead of coming up with new house's how bout breaking the house down into componet structure modules?
This way the arch could customize a house to a clients taste, want a large tat but hate the current large boxy look when you walk in, drop a med sunken living room into it instead, like the med naboo pillar look and would like it in your large?
Give us some freedom to manipulate the interiorgrid lines and reshape the house's without touching the basic footprint.....
And while i'm asking, if the house gonna have a deck area how bout making them with invisible walls so they become rooms and we can actually stick some stuff on them?

there defanitley good ideas but i think they have been mentioned before but i think the least they could do is allow us to decorate our decks but i do think i component style might be able to work ->takes time but could work
