You might want to talk to some ppl. on tarquinas sever,thers a bh only guild and to boot they also have stared doing player bounties mostly by dueling or getting them while overt. Oh the guild name is "skull" I think.

Hi I would like to know if any of my fellow BH knows how to start a Guild Or PA? I have the Hall its up and looking good. I just need to know how to set things up from there since sony has no direct post on it.

Yes, Master Artisan item. Doesn't require a lot to make one. If you need them in bulk, your best bet would be your server's trade forum, or go to some of the heavier populated worlds and find a vendor who sells Artisan items.
