Thread: If I want houses for storage, which are the best to get with the least lots and the most storage?

Which house is the best deal to buy generic style?


I know a small house takes up 2 lots giving you 150 items, but what does a medium house give you and how many lots does it take up?

I think that the FAQ stickied up at the top of this forum gives all of these details.

Except for the small round naboo, all small and medium houses are 2 lots and 150 items.

If you are focused only on storage, and you don't mind paying a bit more in maintenance, then put up factories (any kind). They take 1 lot each and you can put 100 items in their input hopper.

Small and mEdiums both take up 2 lots and store 150 items. Naboo Style 2 takes up 1 lot and store 75 items. Factories however take 1 lot and can hold 100 items, but are abit more expensive as far as maintence goes.

don't use a house, use a factory...

1 lot house... 75 items

1 lot factory input hopper... 100 items


or use a vendor with everything priced at 9,999,999.

Since except Naboo Style2 all of them taking 150 items (small & mediums) I suggest smalls since its 50% cheaper for maintenance
