Yes they can be made in the factory and take a total of 540 non specificresources to make (and quality of resources does not matter).

Wonder if anyone tried the new Tech Console or any of the other new stuff in a factory run.
Not sure if they can be made in factories, If not I think I payed a little much for my Tech Console Schem.
(I'd check it myself only I'm in space atm,)
