I have the same problem. In fact, I have had a problem with any container since the release of JTL. My factory proximity lag is so bad I have to trade with another player to load ingredients into my factory. It helps somewhat to make inventory icons maximum size and to reduce the size of the windows to show only one item at a time. It's inconvenient, but I couldn't drag and drop otherwise.

I submitted a bug report. I don't know if anyone reads them, or if anyone reads the forums, but at least it is both places just in case. If everyone submits a bug report, perhaps it will be noticed.

and i thought i was the only one! nice to know people suffer just as bad as me

one way i found to "fix" this is zoom in to first person and look at the ground, it will bring to fps over 4 which is just enough to drag stuff to the input hopper.

i get about 2 fps when im at my factorys... pain really
