What do you all charge for the planetary medium sized houses? They take 20600 resources so I was thinking in the range of 50K??? Input please?

You can pay that if you want, you should have no problem finding a home pretty quickly for that.

But my advice to you, is head to a planet with a busy city and get a few architects bouncing off each other. 35-40k is what I would get, If I wanted to feel like I got a fair deal.

There are always plently of people happy with a little under 2 credits a resource. Just remember, you are doing them a FAVOR. Not vice versa. They are getting there skill up.

I would say at minimum you have to be charging 3x times resources. They are NOT doing you a favor by buying a house from you. You are providing them with a luxury item that they should be paying for. If you want to grind make small houses.... that way the occasional crit failure isn't a big deal plus it is much easier to find buyers. Or make medium harvestors as they are very easy to sell too. At least on flurry...

3-4 cr per resource is the going price. You might find someone selling cheaper because they are short on funds or something of that nature but it could take you awhile.

Most arthitects pay between 2.5 and 3.5 cr per resource when they purchase from other players.

Sure, if you look around you'll find someone willing to sell at such prices, they are the ones who can't understand why they are going out of business after a few crit failures. Do them all the favors you can and you are doing me an even bigger favor by leading them closer to extinction, just don't be offended when I laugh at you if you expect me to lower my prices to that level.
