I own a med. sized Corellian house on Lowca that I would like to sale. How do I do this? Is it even possible to transfer ownership to another person?

yes. walk inside with the person buying it.

They give you the money, you target them and type /transferstructure

Another question ... will all of the stuff in the house transfer to the other character too? For example Crafting Stations, furniture, weapons, clothes, etc ...

I want to transfer the house as a "package" deal. I just want to make sure that all of that stuff doesn't just go *poof*!!

Everything inside will stay there and be the property of the new owner. Trust me I have bought back plenty of small homes as we sold mediums. I had to run around the house picking up junk the old owner leftt behind.

If your maintenance is paid up, you can empty the house and redeed it. From what I understand otherwise I must pay for the house and hope the the person transfers it to me. Or transfer the house and hope the person pays me .... Too many posibilities for scams, unless you are dealing with good friends....

I understand that all too well ... but fortunately I am dealing with my best pal. So no worries there.

But I have paid about 12 days of maintenance in advance ... will that maintenance pool be lost when I transfer it? Or will he keep it as well?
