1. PA Hall taking 9 lots is INSANE. This causes 1 character to be totally wasted for housing/factories/large harestors. Please reduce the # of lots to around 6.

2. Only the person placing the PA Hall can choose it as their RESIDENCE. This forces that person to have to place all items in the PA Hall because NO ONE else can drop things even though they have full Admin rights. THIS MUST CHANGE! How can a PA Hall be a PA gathering / crafting / vendor area if only 1 person can actually interact with it? The whole purpose of a PA Hall is to gather people together. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE allow more then 1 person to declare the PA Hall their residence or allow for them to drop / retrieve items.

3. Please provide some means of maintenance notice if the maintenance fee goes to 0. It should eMail the person who placed the PA Hall that the maintenance fee is now 0. I am scared to death that everyone in our PA is thinking someone else is keeping up with the maintenance and it will get overlooked by accident - we have plenty of credits...

Housing works as containers and as such only one person has access to any given container. You need to keep an eye on the maintenance yourself. I suggest dropping 50k at a time. Architech's do a hell of a lot of work to make PA halls, but they do not need to be the ones running the PA. Actually non crafter types should own the structure as they will not need the plots as much if at all.

For my PA I clear my plots using /transferstructure, set the deed and furnitured the place. Once everything was set up I transferred it to our leader/tank fighter. Those 9 plots are not an issue with him and I got the hall all decked out before the transfer. It worked very well.

Actually not being able to place items in a building as admin is a recognized bug that they told the Beta peops would be fixed right after/for release ........ Well they lied. But it is a bug and supposedly they will fix It.

I totally agree.. its rediculous that we have to pay maintenance on a useless building.. its a huge price to pay for one mansion that only one person is allowed to place things in.. and this is not because i care if peopel can "decorate" or not.. its so that my artisains can have their stockpile of resources at hand on the floor or in their cabinet or in their packs hanging on the wall so they can UTILIZE their workspace we so worked for... PLEASE CORRESPONDANT READ and pass this on as the NUMBER ONE CONCERN on any architechtual bug list

First one question as I haven't set mine up yet so don't know if it is possible. Can you set a guild fee or something like that to players? If not, this would be a simple way to collect the maintenance. Could even have to take out exactly the amounr needed per day from each player. 3500/amount of players gets taken out each day at a certain time.

As for admin rights, this is a problem right now. Not just for PA halls either. People not being able to share a house is nuts.

They need just 2 stages, friends and co-owners. Friends can acess friend desiganted containers, and co-owners can access co-owner and friend desigated containers. Friends are the general PA population where co-owners are the founders or prove their trust.
