Does anyone know or figured out, exactly how many items can be places in a House??

Does the size of house matter? (Small, Medium, Large)

Is there a work around to get past the limited amount of items allowed in a house?? (one theory I have read a little about and heard about is placing a vendor... Not quite sure what this is though, can someone please explain in detail and cost??)

Its supposed to be 250 for all sizes...

Yes its 250 limit but once they get around to it each size will have different limits.

Vendor items count towords the house limit which is kinda silly but how it is.

Stuff stored in containers adds to house items too. Not really any way I know of to increase it.

I have 39 items in my medium and about 20 in my vendor, maybe70 in the packs in my house, my control panel reads 48 items, and I cannot put anything else in..

Control panel doesn't display the proper amount of items in your house.

Max is somewhere between 250-275.

I recently had to build another house just to keep my crates in
