All candles and lights are now being turned back on and the lifespan stat is removed (doesn't show zero or burnt out or a number it is gone completely).
You can still experiment on quality, however there is no effect on the final product.
If you have candles on a vendor or in a factory crate ona vendor they will be showing a lifespan still, as soon as the candle/crate is retrieved then the stat disappears, probably worth relisting to help confused decorators getting supplied.
Tiggs has said they will look into design later, but this is the solution for now.

Personally they shouldn't have fixed the lights, most of them went off because of expired duration. I bought new ones yesterday, and replaced the ones in my Mall and City Hall. NOw those that went poof and are still counting, that's something they do indeed need to work on.......
Architects could have used some repeat business though.

This is freakin' unbelievable!!
Armorsmiths are completely out of business right now and they do a hot fix for lights !!!
Nothing against you guys, but this is crazy, AS's cant make most armor right now and the ones we can make dont show stats on vendors so they dont sell anyway.
If you dont believe me , go check out the AS forum.
Congrats to you guys, but I am dumbfounded.

Ok, what about the candles that have poofed and are still counting towards item counts in houses?
I do love the fact the original problem is being fixed, and for now the lifespan is taken away.

The only way to test that would be to get corbantians who have had lights go *poof* check on TC to see if they are back. Given the faction armour/other bio-link tradebug went unreported until live suggests not to many corbantian AS's logged on I don't know how successful such a request would be.

Well its good to fix this, but removing the burnt out totally goes a little beyond overkill.

I'm confused here. Wouldn't having a lduraon to candle bring more business to the architects? I mean, i hear Architects beeing mad that they don't get business as much as before cause of no decay to their products. This is contradictory to me. Please enlighten me

You'd only get 2-3 repeats before people start switching back to torches. If you have to remember to replace something every X/XX days you'll find you either forget or you have other important things to do with thier time. You must remember, aesthetics is nice. Practicality is what usually wins.
