And generic Carbo Ore?

Man, I would be a happy camper if thats the case.

no.. sorry to say that it coverts ore into 2 types sedimentary and igenous ores.. I Wish it would do the the "generic carb ore" that would be Sweeeeet

Do the recyclers work in such a way that I can use them to convert all my little crap piles of resource into 100k stacks of the generic metal and ore and then use to craft walls with? If so I think I will get my hands on some..

Thanks for the info.

yes, they do.Any random aluminum, for instance, can be converted to generic aluminum to help you.

That is correct--and rather odd. When recycled, Siliclastic Ore, a sedimentary ore, becomes a generic Siliclastic Ore. But Carbonate Ore, also a sedimentary ore, becomes a generic sedimentary ore when recycled--not a generic Carbonate Ore. Is this a bug, I wonder?

I don't think it's a bug, I think it's a fish thrown to shipwrights.

That seems unlikely on the face of it, given that shipwright need quality for almost everything they do, and they need Carbonate Ore as well. The "fish" would have Carbonate Ore recycle to generic Carbonate Ore, or to have it all recycle to generic Sedimentary Ore for use with more general stuff.
