Thread: Condemned Houses

I'm on admin to a house (someone else's obviously) that has been condemned. Anyone know if it's possible for me to shoot maintenance in there? Or is it doomed. /sniff

If /pay is working for a non-owner then I think thats probably a bug.


Patch notes on condemned structures said:


  • "All maintenance fees will automatically attempt to deduct from Bank accounts after the maintenance pool has been depleted. Once a structure reaches 0 hitpoints, it will flag itself as condemned instead of deleting itself. Condemned houses are not enterable, and all other structures are not usable. To uncondemn a house, simply enter it with enough money in the bank to pay the repair cost. To uncondemn all other structures, use them with enough money in the bank to pay the costs."


    • That all talks about the bank account which is for the structure owner.


    And if I recall right I think the spatial message for a condemned structure says something about the owner. Though I could be wrong about that.

    I have saved a few factories and harvs, but havent tried a house. /paymain xxxx usually works

    I know that if you are admin to a harvester that is condemned you go a /pay amount and get the maintance back in operation

    aiyeeeee. I feel your pain. Luckily I moved before the maintenance ran out on my partner's house that I had vendors in (he quit the game).


    Prior to patch 17, I know I put maintenance into his house (I was on admin list). After it's condemned though, I don't know...

    Sorry if this is asked a lot, as usual the search function isn't working.


    Does anyone know if when a house becomes condemned all the items inside it get deleted or, when the house is eventually fixed will the contents still be intact?

    yes items are still in it. but cant be accesed until it are uncondemed.
