I have a hvy mining installation that I used my unlimited power reward on. I want to move it and redeed it but will that mean I will lose my unlimited power reward thingy?

Nope, you get the self powered harvester kit back when you redeed the harvester you used it on.

sweet, but I guess the unlimited power will only be for that mining installation though right, so I wont be able to change it to something different.

No.
The self-power thing will go right back in your inventory and you can use it on a different harvester next time.

No need to worry about losing it, or having it permanently "stuck" to any one particular installation. You can freely move it around between installations by redeeding whatever it's currently in, then applying it to the one where you want it.
If you have power in the installation when you apply the no-power kit, the power will stay in the installation... so if you remove and redeed at a later time, it will just start using the power that's in there unless you apply the no-power kit again.
