i was wondering if a cloning facility can be used as a house and be able to put items in it?

Only the Mayor of a city may drop a Cloning Center, and only the Mayor can have Admin rights to it. But yes, if you are the Mayor, you can store things in it. Last I saw it had a 250 item cap, but it may be 400 now along with the Halls. Note that there used to be a bug (not sure if its fixed) where if you try to /move anything you dropped in the cloning center, it would warp to the center of one of the CLoning tubes on the lower floor.

There are really two parts of "can be usedas a house":
1. Can it hold items? (the answer is yes)
2. Can someone declare residence there? (I would guess that the answer is no, but I haven't heard one way or another)
