They can be placed there. I was out hunting the other night and saw several of them.

Actually I got it - generic placed on lok fine.

Just a warning. The Empire has declared certain planets as no build zones. I believe Lok was on the list. As was Dathomir, Endor, and Yavin. So you may find your house destroyed when you go there.
