The Endor painting is a quest item. Architects can't make them.

You can either try and do the quest yourself or try and buy one off your galaxy's trade forum. I don't know how to do the quest but I'm sure there will be something about it on teh game guides forum.

The Endor Landscape is an Imperial only quest from a funny little Janitor in the Imperial Fortress just outside Bestine. He used to be an officer stationed on Endor, lets just say he made some poor career choices

You have to complete four Destory quests(I believe, in this order: Womp Rats, Mynocks, Dragonets, Dune Lizards), each gives a decent cash and FP reward. You recieve the painting on completion of the fourth quest in lieu of FP.
