How much do you sell the extraction rate components for? I've got 23k of Duralloy Steel (HR 992, SR 1000, UT 947). Using this I can make BER 4 97% Light OMUs and BER 6 97% OMUs with no problems at all. The same goes for harvesting mechanisms, etc.
Should I make a large factory run of these things? Or should I just do 100 of each? And if so...how much should I sell them for, should I sell them at all?

Correction since I can't edit:
Should I just make them when I need them?

use them for yourself, however beware that OMUs do not crate, so don't make too many, otherwise they'll fill up your factories. I usually do runs of 20 then use em up when i need to make fusion gens or heavy mineral miners

Well, the only person you're going to sell them to is another architect. Pricing is going to vary by server, so you might want to ask around.
You are going to need to do factory runs for the Heavy Harvester components, since they all use 2 or more identical components. You also need to do factory runs if you plan to make Med. Harvesters by factory, since all the serial #'s need to be the same even though the Meds. only use 1 Mining Unit.
I typically keep 20 or so of each type on hand in crates. I don't sell a lot of harvesters, and that number lets me make several before I need more.
