Thread: master architect furniture... what do YOU charge?

I had a few request for the white master arch furniture fomr citizens in our city. I normally don't make the things, unless I get a request, but I decided to make a bunch and put them on my vendor I priced them at what I thought was resonable, but I had the feeling I was a bit high. I think it was something like...
couch 9k
loveseat 8k
chair 6k
table 6k
end table 5k
chest 4.5k
armoire 7k
I thought these prices were high enough to keep them on my vendor a while, but still resonable.
Next day, I find my entire stock was bought by one guy! I sent him an e-mal asking if he was just reselling, but got no answer. Doesn't really matter, since I made at least 5 times my cost, but I would like to have had some stay on the vendor for our citizens to purchase, and not only that, this guy is upcharging stuff with my name on it.
What do other architects charge on these things?

Here's what I charge on Bria:
Armoire: 3800
Bookcase: 4200
Cafe Table: 4750
Chest: 4500
End Table: 2250
Couch: 8900
Loveseat: 8050
How many pieces did you stock? Could be he has a large house or even a PA hall to decorate, and wanted the same furniture in each room. /shrug

You're pretty cheap compared to what I charge - and do very well with furniture sales and the master furniture is my top sellers. Keep in mind, doing this from memory because I don't have the spreadsheet in front of me that I track sales with (I'm rounding the numbers).
Armoire: 10000
Bookcase: 9000
Cafe Table: 4000
Chest: 6000
End Table: 4000
Couch: 20,000
Loveseat: 21,000
Anything that requires Endo wooly hide or Cloth I jack up the price because of the royal pain it is to get them.

Holy Crap! I was charging like 3k max for the furniture I was making! Time to jack my prices a bit.
Also, it helps to have a few Tailors or hunters who work with you closely to get what you need quickly. I got a full factory run of Synth Cloth in two days and I'm a Scout with a good harvest droid and can get my own hide pretty quick. Keeps cost down.

My prices for the Master's furniture run from 2300 up to 14250 (the couch and loveseat are at the top). I sell a lot of them. Also, make factory runs and put both singles and 5-packs on your vendor - if someone is furnishing a city hall or guild hall (for example) they probably want multiples of many of the pieces and you can do your part to have them carry away lots of stuff from you.

10k each piece and they sell well, got always most in vendor.

These are my prices, which includes a nice profit, and they sell fast
- master chair- 3800
- master loveseat- 6600
- master couch- 9800
- master chest- 3400
- master end table- 3400
- master cafe table- 5500
- master bookcase- 3000
- master armoire- 4000

Thanks all! Looks like my prices are about average, and I can live with that. Turns out the guy was decorating a city hall, and was very happy with the price! Thats what makes return customers! Woohoo!

I'm not Master architect. I usally check the bazaar for buying master furniture for my Interior Design jobs.
Prices I found in Radiant go from 2k to 6k credits, couchs and loveseats are hard to find anyway.
If any Radiant master architect want to be my provider please contact me in-game
