Its a current spawn and I know about the whole above 981 thing but this one is odd
its iron
SR: 1000
UT: 993
HR: 957
.....so? with a buff will it work

This looks good to me. The averaged values are 985 (985.75), which should yield at least 1004 after the inspiration bonus.

Maybe someone can tell me if total averages are working, but I required 981 averages in all columns before it would hit BER 14.

I had a stat that fell under 981 and still hit the BER7 on the components and BER 14 on final.

you will need similar stats on steel for the steel slot to get the ber 14 or you will get ber 13 as you will need to experiment to 100%

Yes, I consistently make BER7 OMUs and BER14 Harvies with compoenents that don't have 981 averages in all columns. In fact, I have a metal that has a stat as low as 967. The other stats just bring the total average above 981. Also, take into account the percentage impact of the HR/SR/UT (i.e. 33% or 66%)

must stats be over 981 for all resources (aka both subcomponents and final assembly) ?
