Strange, it seems you're missing the tiny scrollbar to the right of the list, with which you can scroll down the list to get the Style 4's. They are there though, 'cause I made some Style 4's 2 days ago.
All I can think of is that it might require a private crafting station....unable to confirm as I'm not in game atm. There are four styles of streetlamps (5 counting the lame looted schematic), and I make all of them on a fairly regular basis. I always use my crafting droid, which is why I suggest using the private station as a possible explaination.
You must scroll down with your mouse to get the style 4 streetlamp when it's time to choose its type.

Thanks for the replies. I'll pass your messages along. I'm sure it isn't the crafting station, though. She always uses a private station, no matter what she is crafting (since she keeps her resources next to it), and the streetlamp schematic calls for "generic crafting tool" which usually means a station wouldn't be required.
However, perhaps it is just a scrolldown issue. Only three choices show up to her: Style 1-3. I'll pass the suggestion along.
