I picked up a medium sized Naboo house last night. I placed it and was totally amazed by the architecture and size. There are a few things that I don't really understand though...

1. Maintanence is rated at "17". What exactly does that mean? I dropped 2k into maintenance fees and it said that the maintenance pool would last for 2 days 10 hours. What happens if I don't pay maintenance? Will it fall down immediately? Will I get an email warning?

2. How do I give other players access to my items in my house? Just add them to the entry list or the admin list?

1 - If you don't pay, the building will start to decay to finally burst.

2 - for items on the ground, it s admin list

I have a house that I built. I also run two accounts. Both of my characters are on the admin list. Only the "owner" of the house seems to be able to drop or pickup items.

I even took up the house, traded to the other character, and put it up again. Same thing, only the character that used the deed can drop or pickup items.

The Admin/dropping items thing is currently a known bug. Admin rights SHOULD give whoever the person is rights to drop as well.

Are you sure the maintenace is not on an hourly rate? Not saying your incorrect, I'm just not sure.

Maintenance IS an hourly rate. Do this to test it. Bring your maint to 0... multiply 17x24 - 408 (nice house!) drop that many credits on it... see what the status is. It will tell you 1 day.
