Does anyone know how I can calculate the rate of extraction from the info. it shown on the "Operate Machine" Panel ? It shows me like 18.2KG/H for a small extractor placing at 90% spot so, well, what does it means ?Does it mean the same for the wind power generator ?

I am not an Architechbut I believe Artchitechs are all expert miner who shouldfigure out this.

thx

Here's the maths

extracting rate = Max extracting rate x % of ressource in spot :

if your spot is 75 % and your extractor can do 4 kg/h your actual rate will be 4 x 75% = 3 kg/h

3 kg /h is indeed 3 ressource per minute real time . so a rate of 3kg/h will give you 3 x 60 = 180 ressources per hour (real time)

Do you know if the extraction continuous in server down time ? or only apply when the server running ?

I think it works even when the server is down. Basically harvesters, if no one is around them, don't actually exist in the world. When someone comes near enough for them to be loaded, they load, find out at what time their last status was saved, find out what time it is now, and update themselves based on that. So, if the server is down, the harvester doesn't know any better. It's just as if the server was up but no one was around it.
